That’s Illinois House Representative, Bob Morgan, who represents the State’s 58th District. Bob’s rich background in public health and law made him the perfect interview subject to discuss the pandemic and pot.
That’s right, Bob is a Cannabis Czar of sorts as one of the state’s strongest advocates of medical marijuana. Before he took office, Bob’s support helped push the pilot program over the finish line back in 2013, and as a State Representative, he made good on his promise to make the program permanent and expand it last year.
